Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our pasture-raised meats and delivery process.
How is your meat sourced and raised?
We partner with select family farms in Tennessee and Kentucky. All of our animals are pasture-raised, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free to ensure the highest quality and flavor.
How is the meat packaged for shipping?
Your order is packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice or gel packs to ensure it stays at a safe, refrigerated temperature throughout its journey to your doorstep.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
Is the meat fresh or frozen when it arrives?
Most of our cuts are shipped fresh, never frozen. We hand-cut every piece in our own facility and vacuum-seal it immediately to maintain peak freshness during transit.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
How long can I store the meat in my refrigerator?
Since our meat is vacuum-sealed, most cuts will stay fresh in your refrigerator for 5-7 days after arrival. For longer storage, we recommend freezing the product in its original packaging.
